Ja też się zmagałem z tym problemem, ale rozwiązałem go inaczej. Wystarczy żeby szkice z których chcemy pogrubiać materiał były odsunięte od krawędzi gięcia o np. 0,0001 mm jest to tak mała wartość że na rysunku nie będzie uwzględniana, a można wtedy bez problemów tworzyć rozwinięcie elementu.
